Wow, what a day at Puketapu School! 
Today our kura dressed up in green, yellow, or as their favourite sportsperson to raise money for our friends at Marist Dragons, whose clubrooms were destroyed in a fire last weekend.
It was a sea of green and yellow around the school with so many getting involved. Even Rocky, our school dog, rocked a basketball singlet! Mr Lewis was spotted in a netball dress (unfortunately, no one was quick enough to snap a pic ).

).Our tamariki who are part of the Marist Dragons did the rounds collecting donations from classrooms, and we’re proud to share that together we’ve raised $400 so far, with some families donating directly to the Givealittle page.
