Today’s Assembly

Today’s assembly was led by Summer Wilkinson and Kayden Lucinsky, who did a fantastic job kicking things off with a warm welcome, the National Anthem, and karakia.

We shared the top stories of the week, including:

Northpoint Kai Collection Day – we read out a lovely message from Northpoint thanking our school community for all the kai donations.

Parihaka – we learnt about the significance of this special day of peace and remembrance.

Puanga Trophy – Hamuora Adams came up to tell us about Puanga and proudly showed the beautiful Māori carving trophy we won for 1st place in Haka!

Before we finished, everyone joined in for a fun Kanikani, followed by our Te Mako Matawhero Awards
