Board of Trustee Elections
There is just one week left for nominations.
Could you be on our school Board of Trustees?
Being on the board allows people from the local community to get involved in the running of their school. You don’t have to have a child at school – anyone can be voted on to a board as a parent representative – you must be nominated by a parent of a student at the school.
If you are a parent of a student at school, you can nominate yourself.
What makes a good Board Member?
- Having a vision
- Great communication skills
- Having growth mindset
- Being a good listener
No matter who is on the board, the aim is to have a mix of people who complement each other.
