Assembly Highlights

Today’s assembly was awesome! A special milestone too, it was the very first assembly led by our amazing Kaitiaki Tama, Channing and Kaitiaki Kotiro, Addyson

A big shoutout as well to Damion and Alex for all their hard work behind the scenes organising and preparing the slides, it all ran so smoothly!

We loved hearing all about Room 1 & 2’s trip to Puke Ariki. Maia and Joel showed our school value māia speaking on the microphone in front of the whole school, ka pai!

We also caught up on some awards from previous assemblies and then proudly presented this fortnight’s awards to our fantastic tamariki:

Our Kaitiaki students also led us in songs and dances, they did an absolutely amazing job bringing energy and fun to the whole school!

We also found out which whānau group is currently in the lead… KIWI

And it looks like we have a new favourite Just Dance song… YMCA.

They finished by sharing important notices and drawing our Fluro Fun Run prize

Congratulations to Blake Murphy, who won a handheld retro gaming console!
